We love the idea of rollover hours; unfortunately, they’re like unused gym memberships. They don’t carry over. But! We’ll always help you max out your time with high-impact creative before the month wraps. Use it or lose it, baby.

Totally doable. You can either upgrade your retainer package or add on extra hours at our standard hourly rate. We’ll check in regularly to make sure your needs and your plan still match up (and avoid any “uh oh” email emergencies).

Our retainer packages are design-first, but we do include light copywriting support, especially for things like social posts, email headers, or layouts that need some word magic. For deeper brand messaging or tone/voice work, we can add that on separately or pull in a copy pro from our vetted circle.

You’ll get a dedicated project portal (ooh, fancy) for submitting requests, uploading assets, and tracking progress. We’ll also set a recurring check-in call based on your retainer tier so everything runs smooth like butter

Short answer: Yes, but not in these packages. Long answer: Our retainers focus on branding, design, and creative direction. We offer web development, SEO, and paid ad strategy as add-ons. If you’re looking for a full creative and digital rollout, we’ve got you covered, just note these services come at an additional cost.

Retainers run on a 3-month minimum, then go month-to-month. If you need to pause or part ways after that, just give us 30 days’ notice so we can wrap things up cleanly (no ghosting on either end).
